At the request of my family dentist to schedule surgery with well regarded Dr. Berger, his office staff lacks 'bed-side manner" and is poorly managed. Attempted to get in touch with Dr. Berger to talk about my specific challenges to schedule an appointment with my daughter that is abroad. Despite speaking to office staff, leaving voice mails to have the scheduling team return my call (at the request of the office supervisor) and a final attempt to have my family dentist speak to Dr,. Berger, I'm still waiting. Be happy to talk to Dr. Berger to offer my constructive criticism anytime.
