Dr. Jodi R. Ready, MD

Dr. Ready went over all the items I brought up. I had hoped she would have responded to my negative FIT test when the results came in, bc it was important to me. I guess I need to be the one to reach out when I get notified of the results. Dr. Ready is no doubt very busy with many other patients. I let her know about my weight loss progress, hitting the goal we discussed via online followup from August appt. I don't think she remembered, but she was very excited for me and even sent a msg to the weight management team to share my enthusiasm for that program. Overall, I am satisfied with most of my conversations with Dr. Ready, though I was surprised I still do not not need a colonoscopy, even though I am 60 years old and never had one. I will wait until 2025, as Dr. Ready recommended, but no one I speak to about this understands why I have not had at least a baseline colonoscopy.

Jodi was new provider to me as providence told me that I had not been to the Dr in 6 years I was considered a new patient, thus could not get into the last Dr I had so I had to choose a new provider, there were only two providers given to me to choose from, Jodi could see me in October the other Dr could see me in 2024, so I went with Jodi. I had reservations about seeing her, as she is the first female Dr I have seen, my company did all the concrete for her house and she is my neighbor. But she put me at ease and it was a good visit, hopefullly I can keep her as my provider, but who knows with the way Providence had already called me a new patient, even though my 58 years of life has been with Providence.

This was a new patient visit. My previous provider out of state has not yet transmitted my records. She was able to access some of them from my former hospital system. Dr Ready and her nurse each spent more time with me than I have ever experienced from a health care provider. They quickly understood my issues and history, and made excellent recommendations. I look forward to having Providence/Dr. Ready as my health care provider. I'm still unclear about what to do for urgent care.

Went in for question of edema at near end of clinic hours. She did hands-on exam and discovered abdominal irregularities. Immediately ordered an emergency CAT scan that was scheduled for 10am the next day. The next morning I was given results and told to make appt w specialist asap at Providence in PDX. My appt was scheduled w/in 5 days! I am amazed at the dx skill of Dr Ready and the coordination of the clinic personnel!

I have been very happy with my terrific Dr Ready (THE most amazing and smart Dr I have ever had the privilege of seeing. She had the idea to put my dates of administering a prescription of mine on the label on the package from the pharmacy. SO HELPFUL! That is only one example ) and her wonderful staff Everyone on my care team is fantastic! I feel like I am respected and treated well. Thank you guys SO MUCH!

I transferred care from PDX to HR because I moved. I think I scheduled this appointment back in October 2023. That's a long time to wait to see your doctor for the first time. I felt I was left in limbo while waiting to be seen and I actually had a provider in HR. For my first visit I like the staff and I was extremely pleased by Dr. Ready. So far I'm glad she's my primary care provider.

My care provider has been quick to respond to my medical issues. I credit her actions as well as the actions of her team with a well coordinated plan to address a life threatening cancer diagnosis. I received immediate and proficient treatment with their support and care. I am grateful and blessed for all of my providers. They have walked me through a very challenging journey! Thank you!

There's a sheet/questionnaire I filled out in the reception area on ongoing concerns. I marked a few things I was hoping we would go over during the visit, but with all the "primary annual" checks to be done, she forgot to ask me about my cramps, tiredness, etc that I marked down. So did I. I like my doctor very much.

I visited Dr Ready due to a visit to Providence Hospital due to PVC's. I retired last year and my current Primary Care Physician is located in Beaverton Oregon. I am changing my Primary Care Physician to Dr Ready. She put my mind at ease and we setup an initial appointment for May. I feel very comfortable with her.
