It’s so nice to see a doctor that doesn’t rush out of the room to run to the next patient. I have been to the office several times previously, and the staff were always consistently courteous and helpful. Depending on the nature of my appointment (more basic vs. more advanced issue), I saw the PA (who is fabulous) or Dr. Lieb, who is also fantastic.  They take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, even if that means they stayed a bit longer with me than my appointment slot would indicate. 

The office is also nice, new and fresh in appearance.

I had one visit to this office and I will never go back. I'd like to share some facts about my experience in hopes to educate others before they decide to visit this office.
1. Booking an appointment was a hassle, no one at the office regularly answers the phone and it is near impossible to get someone to call you back.
2. I booked a 6:30 appointment was told it was a 10 minute appointment. I arrived on time and then waited close to 30 minutes to be seen. What annoys me most about this is I was reminded about 5 times how strict the late/cancel policy is. They will bill your insurance for the visit if you are more than 10 minutes late without calling. But then I have to sit there and wait close to 30 minutes to be seen? It's clear they overbook. Additionally, the 10 minute appointment landed closer to 30 minutes. I was in the office for over an hour for a simple appointment and I needed to get home to take care of my dog.
3. I'm paying a specialist copay on my insurance but you don't even see a doctor, it's all handled by Practitioner's Assistants. I was informed the doctor is only involved for surgery. If I'm paying to see a specialist I want to see a doctor.
4. I was misinformed by the PA about how lab fees are handled. I specifically asked about the lab fees before authorizing a biopsy and was told that I would not receive a separate bill from a lab and that it was all handled as part of my office visit otherwise I would not have authorized the procedure since the PA informed me it wasn't really necessary. A couple weeks later I got a hefty bill from a lab and a separate claim on my insurance. When I finally was able to speak to the PA again, she claimed "I would never have told you that" and told me the lab fee is my responsibility. Bait and switch if I ever saw one.
5. When trying to rectify the above situation, I left messages with the office and when finally speaking to an actual person, was told someone would call me back. It took over a month for the PA to contact me back.
6. Regarding the results from the lab, the person that called me back told me I should schedule a skin check however when speaking to the PA regarding the above issue, she informed me the results were nothing to be concerned about. They don't seem to be able to get the story straight.

Again, I hope this serves to help others when deciding whether or not to visit this office.
