I had a visit with Dr. Joanna Woo and it was a truly horrible experience. She did not appear to care about what I was saying and spoke in an incredibly condescending way. She was late and spent roughly 5 minutes with me. She had two diagnoses on my note, did not prescribe anything or do any procedures and she still charged my insurance well over $200. I have tried calling their billing department for over 2 weeks and have not had a single message returned. I would recommend going anywhere else before going to see her.
