Jo Ann is warm & friendly, listens carefully to my concerns, asks the appropriate questions related to my issues, and makes a thorough exam, She explains things in terms I can understand, and allows multiple opportunities to ask questions.She always treats me with respect, and conveys a positive attitude toward any treatment she prescribes.  JoAnn Mc Dorman is professional at all times, with an excellent “bed-side manner.”
