My wife tried to call in for me to get an appointment with this office and even though he is listed in network for my insurance, the idiot on the phone refused to even tell us an available date unless we provided her additional information not on our insurance card to set an appointment.

She was very rude to my wife and I overheard the conversation and then she was very rude to me. My wife is Indian and I'm white. I'm fairly certain the old white lady on the phone was racist based on the tone she was taking with my wife. In further investigation into this office online, I found that his other reviews are all on sites which do not appear to accept new user reviews and all of the listed reviews are generic (appear to me to be faked).

Avoid this place like the plague.

The staff at this clinic is excellent, Dr.Baugh however is not.

He displayed a very poor patient centric approach to healthcare. His bedside manner is terrible, he showed no interest in truly understanding his patients medical needs, history or conducting an appropriate medical exam. He is not willing to listen as is apparent in his arrogant "I know all" attitude. He ordered testing that was absolutely unnecessary and he would have known that had time been taken to hear his patient or review the medical records provided to him. Moreover he billed for services he did not provide. 


There are empathetic healthcare providers out there - UTSW Richardson is a much more caring environment. Save yourself the trouble, stay away from Dr. Baugh!

I started going as it is located in the new CityLine development in Richardson, this is very close to home for me. He is very direct (as I asked him to be). I have never had a billing problem and he is always willing to approve any test that he deems required. The support staff is friendly and I don't experience long hold times, like at other offices. All around, this guy is great.
