I have been so pleased receiving pelvic floor PT from Jess. I get along well with her personality, appreciate that she is very respectful, makes you feel safe, empowered, & comfortable during pelvic examines, and is SO knowledgeable. You can tell within the first visit that she keeps up to date with findings, research, and continues to fuel her passion and why for Pelvic and Women's health. She does a remarkable job of including you in your care plan and making sure it is something you will do & realistically works with your schedule and lifestyle. I have never felt guilt, shame, or disappointment when working with her. She has been encouraging, realistic, grounded, and is great at reminding me to be patient with my postpartum body and find joy in the slow recovery. 10/10 would recommend.
