I DO NOT recommend this company at all. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you are in need for your records or any other clearance forms/letter of support, I recommend going somewhere else, because you will never get them. They give one excuse after another, from the owner being on family emergency which went on for over two weeks to her being in the hospital. No office manager to help out and the employees that are there have only been there for 1-2 months. I feel sorry for the workers because they are constantly being put in position to lie for her. My surgery was canceled due to them not sending my doctor what was needed after several requests from my doctor and I.
