Jessica Ryan is the best PCP I have visited. She listens attentively, explains things comprehensively, reserves judgment and shaming In turn creating an environment for openness and honesty. Negative medical care experiences and interactions from my childhood left me with a lot of anxiety about medical appointments. My patient/ provider relationship with Jessica Ryan has soothed the years of anxiety affirming situations. I feel like I have a voice worth listening to when speaking about my health and I have a new found confidence in my care team. I could not be happier with Jessica Ryan's care. It has impacted so much of my life in very positive ways. I am grateful to her and her team.

I appreciate Jessica Ryan very much She listens and explains any concerns It just takes forever to get into see her. Her nurse is also very professional and very pleasant. The one receptionist is not the most pleasant person and acts like you are bothering her. I do not know her name. The other one is very nice and polite.

We went over my medications and discussed my depression. She prescribed another anti depressant that seems to be helping. I have never had a bad experience with this provider. She listens to my complaints and concerns and always seems to have a great answer!

Its shouldn't take me months to get in to see my provider. I called the office for test results from the Centralia Emergency Dept and was left on hold for 35 mins. I made this call far in advance if this office closing

I have been in good care with my provider she cares about my health and welfare that's why I stayed with her even thou I moved 30 miles away from Rochester.

I always have a great experience at my appointments with my Dr. She's so caring and understanding, listens to everything I say. She provides great care!!
