Dr. Noel was very pleasant, professional and caring and did not rush the appointment. Dr. Noel took the necessary time to explain the MRI results in detail and showed me the severity of my low back problem and now I know why I'm always in severe pain and I understood why is so important to get the surgery and not to wait any longer. Thank you for being a very caring doctor and for listening to my concerns.

Dr. Jerry Noel is the best physician and surgeon I've ever come across. He is very rare in my opinion. He has every reason to be a smug, cocky surgeon, but he is the most humble, kind and confident human I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He can be quite funny and talented as well. Dr Noel is an incredible asset to holy cross. He not only helped saved my life, he saved my quality of life. He is humble, confident, funny and is incredibly talented. Dr. Noel Is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was very nervous for this appointment but Dr Noel put me at ease. He explained my MRI and answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me or look at only at the screen. The nurse was very kind and friendly. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and was rude to me but seemed kinder to the older patients.

Dr Noel explained everything to me using my xray, CT scan and spinal bones. He also said my family could call if they had any questions or concerns. His assistant also gave me her number to her direct line. I did call her with some questions and she got right back to me. I had excellent service and would highly recommend this practice to others.

I received excellent care from all the doctors I saw within these 3 months and my newest Dr. Jerry Noel spent time with me showing me the MRI results of the neck and cervical spine. He explained in detail the test results, recommended physical therapy and told me to call his office if my problem worsens. I am happy to be his new patient.

Not much to note except this was my first office visit and why I did no votes for some of the question about history of visits. But I was treated very good on this visit and was ordered a X-ray to address my motion with my condition. Which is my biggest issue is range of motion without causing pain or issues.

Dr.Noel has a kind, courteous and knowledgeable demeanor. I felt listened to and well cared for. He always gave thoughtful and thorough answers to my questions and did an outstanding job with my cervical spine surgery. I felt like I was in good hands in his presence and care.
