Nothing but positive things to say and how lucky I am that my care provider is in the new building. When I made the appointment to be seen, I was lucky enough that somebody canceled so I got in faster than I expected but usually when I do make an appointment the wait time is far out other than that I'm happy with my care provider and I really like her.

When Ms. Muong moved to Reed's Crossing I chose to make a longer drive from my home to Hillsboro in order to continue with her. She is remarkably personable, well informed concerning recent medical developments that are relevant to primary care, and is passionate about her work. Her diagnosis of every problem I've seen her for has been spot on.

Dr. Muong listens to my issues, answers my questions in an easy to understand manner and works with me to create a health plan that will work for me. She is personable and recalled my previous history during my visit. My only bad experience would be the amount of time I had to wait to get an appointment.

I feel comfortable discussing any problems that I have with her, sometimes I do think she's a little younger than I'm used to. All things considered I don't have any issues with her. I actually feel she's a big improvement over a lot of the doctors that I've been seen by.

I didn't feel as though Jennifer was rushing through the appt. As a senior citizen, I appreciate the time she took asking about my injury and listening carefully. The nurse who came in first for BP, temp, etc was equally respectful and empathetic as to my injury and pain.

She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She always answers my questions without hesitation and explains things thoroughly. She never talks down to me or has ever been impatient, which I've experienced with non-Providence providers in the past.

Dr Moung is excellent at explaining anything and also actively listening to any concerns or questions I may have. My soon to be daughter-in-law has recently just moved into town and I recommended Dr. Moung because she is such a great doctor.

I feel Dr. Muong does an excellent job answering my list of questions despite that we sometimes run out of time. She is thorough and respectful. She always provides an aftercare summary that helps me to be able to follow up with my own care.

The people are generally very good and very helpful. Some just know way more than others and it makes all the difference in the world. The system is a little bit of a mess and overbearing at times. But you have got some spectacular people.
