She was patient and thorough. She listened to all I had to share with her in spite of it being a lengthy conversation. She praised me for the hard work I'm doing on my health and mental health. She encouraged me keep it up. She was very supportive of the whole picture of me even with medications being prescribed. I'm 56 years old and have had chronic health and chronic mental health since 2006. These past months I finally have the perfect medical/mental health team that all work together for my benefit. Because of this my quality of life is continually improving. I am forever grateful to each care team member. I appreciate you all!

Jennifer asked appropriate questions. She presented and explained all testing options to determine the cause of symptoms which I greatly appreciated. She presented her suggestion for a course of action in a manner that offered acceptance and agreement on my part. She discussed my case with a cardiac surgeon who agreed to accept me as his patient. Jennifer's genuine interest and concern about my symptoms were reassuring and most appreciated.

Jennifer Steffan is an incredible asset to Providence. I cannot imagine a medical visit that presents more care, compassion, focus, and professionalism that was shown me by Jennifer. My needs were met, my questions and concerns were all addressed, I never felt rushed or dismissive, and I left with a feeling that I was genuinely cared for and important to her and the practice.

Jennifer Steffan was incredibly understanding and intuitive. I completely felt heard and she scheduled every test and exam I hoped for. I feel she is completely competent. I will wait a month after completing a 30 Holter Monitor study to hear results at next dr appointment. It would be nice to be able to schedule appointment closer to the end of the study.

She is very helpful; assessed my needs and helped me access prompt services, in this case heart catheterization (as soon as possible given the holidays). My concern more generally is that the Heart Institute is so busy that access to care sometimes takes too long, when the clinical picture is ambiguous enough to justify prompter services.

This was my first visit to Dr. Steffan. I was impressed with her sincere interest, her knowledge and recommendation, her knowledge of the past status of my mitral valve regurgitation and how it had mildly worsened. She also recommended a carotid artery test scheduled for February. I liked her a lot. I felt confident in her assessment.

She asked great questions and answered all of mine, plus it was clear that she saw me as a whole person with strengths as well as weaknesses and she was encouraging toward me throughout the visit. Wife and I were talking about the quality of care at Providence. Every person we have had contact with have been so helpful, kind and available to answer our questions, this includes the doctors. This is so very different from the last clinic where we were patients. What a privilege to be a patient at Providence!!!

No bad experience from the provider everything was well and properly done. The only problem I have is after I went into an emergency room and see my normal doctor and my schedule to see my heart doctor was over a month off. I thought it should've been shortened up a lot more earlier, just my opinion thank you
