Every single time I have visited this office, I have always been shown nothing but the greatest respect, professionalism, and kindness I could ever ask for. They make me feel like I am there only client. If ever given the opportunity to talk with other people about the Neurology department, I will always recommend them anyone to their department. When I first met Jennifer Rae Doty, I thought she was the Neurologist because of the knowledge she has about any questions I have. Thank you for allowing me to share my experiences about the Neurology team.

Everyone in the clinic treated me with dignity, respect, and caring for my needs in such a way that I felt like I was their only client. I already told many people how good they are and that I felt confident and safe in every way and I felt like I really matter. From 1 being the worst and 10 being the best, I give them a 10 rating. Every time I go to Jennifer's office, I am greeted with a smile and that I feel like I am her only client. She is am amazing person.

I feel like everything has been explained. I would say I have seen Jennifer Ray Doty for around 8 years and have had 100% professional care, concern for my well-being, knowledge of my medical conditions, and respect for me as an individual. In my opinion, she deserves the highest rating possible because she is everything a client would want in trusting the security and safety of me as her client. Jennifer has my utmost respect.

As always Jennifer was punctual, attentive to my questions, well-informed on the latest information about myasthenia gravis, and courteous. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I have no complaints whatsoever about the care I have received from Jennifer and all the staff at Providence Neurological clinic in Missoula.

Jennifer was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She picked up on some things not related to why I was there. She explained everything that she was concerned with. However, I thought she would summarize some of my problems on My Chart but didn't. Maybe that was my fault.I will be happy to see her again.

My previous provider's input was not helping. I felt they did not believe me about the change in my upper extremity function/ pain levels. At Providence, I was listened to and my situation taken seriously. That alone was a step towards recovery. Thank you for quality care.
