Once in a room, my kids and I waited 25 minutes before they came to ask for coinsurance payment from prior visit. They get my payment info and make us wait another 10 minutes before checking weights and temps on both kids. When the doctor finally came in, i told her all the symptoms my kids were experiencing and it seemed like she didn't hear anything. First thing offered was a COVID test after telling her that my sons daycare has several cases of confirmed strep throat. Had to request the strep test and request something for my other childs runny nose. Not a very thorough doctor and she will not be getting anymore of my business.
