I have been a patient of Dr. Allen's for over 10 years. I will say that her office staff (mainly front office) staff is not always the best. She has switched locations a few times due to this issue. She delivered my first baby, and I am looking forward to her delivering this next one soon. She is always VERY knowledgeable and kind. She takes time to actually LISTEN to and TALK to her patients about their lives and concerns. She genuinely cares about her patients. Sometimes this equates to a longer waiting period for myself or others, but I would much rather wait on a doctor who is taking time out to really counsel, listen, and help their patients, than have a doctor with a shorter waiting time that pushes me in and out the door any day!!! Since she's been with Frisco OB/GYN, I have had no issues with her office staff. The wait times can get a little long, but I attribute that to her amazing bedside manner, and again, I don't mind waiting.
