I made a massage appointment through their website. My appointment was confirmed and I was sent the new patient forms to fill out ahead of time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by being informed that I didn't really have an appointment because they changed scheduling software and the other person there for my same time slot was granted the massage appointment. I had even left a voicemail and later spoke with someone a couple of days before my appointment stating that I had a massage with a certain provider on a certain day/time. The woman I spoke with when I called three days before my appointment didn't bother to notice that apparently my name wasn't ever on the correct/current schedule to begin with. This is an unacceptable way to do business. I booked the appointment on THEIR WEBSITE! I will not be giving this place another chance after how I was treated and I would caution other future patients as well.
