She was very knowledgeable and dealt with my unexpected high blood pressure immediately. I could have had a stroke or died. She probably saved my life. She explained the current medication I was taking, and called in a new prescription at once. She also scheduled a two week recheck, to ensure the medication was working. This was my meet and greet appointment. So very thankful they took my vitals, and took immediate steps to correct my blood pressure issues.

I have absolutely no complaints. I look for care providers who will partner with me, and everyone in the Providence system does that. I also appreciate that I am notified whenever there is an update to MyChart so I can go in and look for myself about results and communications. My care providers always follow up.

Initially I was hesitant in seeing a PA as they have less training and experience than a DNP. However, Jennifer changed that perception. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. It's a shame to see her leave this practice.
