The provider Jennie H. Lien was wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns and made all my questions feel valid. She showed concern for my child. I also needed a referral and she helped with that as well. She even called me when the referral had go e through in order for me to make my appointment with the other doctor as soon as possible. She was great!!

Gave perfect detail of what we have to do and not do. Was very straight forward and made sure we had all the correct information about our daughter. I cant express in words how amazing she was definitely one of a kind. So glad we picked her as our pediatrician. Thank you thank you thank you a million times over.

The provider was great, but my duaghter was not given any medication for congestion: she stated mt daughter was ok but the next day she was worse. My daughter is now better with him remedies that were given, but it would have been nice to be given something to help her get over the cold. Thank you

Nurse Practitioner Jennie was AMAZING. Her bedside manner with both my children was exemplary. She spoke to them in a level appropriate to their age and was so compassion. I will be refereeing Jennie to anyone that is looking for a Pediatric NP.
