Very rude and unprofessional. Bed side manner is lacking . 

Family Dental had previously been a wonderful practice for my family of five, including 3 kids. The last 2 years the level of care, customer service, timeliness, and cleaniness has dropped significantly. Aside from Dominique, who I believe is or has left, the practice has gone downhill significantly. The the past couple incidents have made us decide to leave the practice due to insufficient human respect and kindess, poor reception service, and the overall practice going downhill.  This saddens me as we enjoyed the practice for so many years. I hope if Dr. Schupper has gone through some tough personal or professional challenges, that he gets better/well, as we have seen a shift in demeanor, patience, care, and overall shift from being a kind dentist to one that is not as human centered.
