Excellent doctor. Bad reviews are the result of having so many satisfied patients that he had to quit accepting new ones. 
People are angry because Dr. Atkins can’t accept them, and reviews are the only way they can vent. It's sad that being so good gets you such bad publicity. A closed practice tells you patients are satisfied with the service.
