Dr. Gignac unfortunately fails in areas of patient care and barely offers a thorough exam BECAUSE HE'S RUNNING FROM ROOM-TO-ROOM ATTENDING TO SEVERAL PATIENTS AT A TIME, EVEN WHILE A PATIENT IS IN A MIDDLE OF A PROCEDURE. I have reported them to the insurance companies and reportable regulatory agencies like the Better Business Bureau and NJ State Board of Dentistry. They have intentionally demonstrated retaliation by weaponizing the needed dental services by scheduling 6-8 weeks out at a time and continuously cancel or reschedule my appointments for over 8 months I will seek legal action against them. They truly are unprofessional and anyone who is subjected to same, please report them to all regulatory agencies and seek out legal advice for remedy.
