My visit was the first time seeing Dr Kaler she asked a lot of questions which helped her determine what is going on with me. She also had me take more blood tests and is requesting additional documentation from my other doctors. I like how she is very Through. She told me when she gets my test results back she would call me if she had any concerns otherwise she would go through my results at my next appointment. I appreciate that since I get copies of my results but obviously don't understand them and try not to panic. I liked Dr Kaler she is quiet and listens to me and has me clarify some of the information I give her. When she was done with her questions she explained what she believes what is going on with me. She spoke in a way that was confident making me confident

My experience has improved from my last visit. When you are first diagnosed or flagged with an autoimmune disorder, it's scary, confusing, with a lot of new information to digest and accept. Having a doctor with a patient, friendly, and professional attitude is extremely important in these situations. My second visit with Dr Kaler was a major improvement from the first. I felt listened to, I didn't feel rushed, I felt we went over everything more thoroughly, and most important I felt cared for. Happy to report I had a positive experience and am glad I gave her a second chance.

I've been through many doctors and offices in my life and tri cities Rheumatology has found answers that others could not. I trust the staff and Dr Kaler more than any other doctors office.I really do need to get a primary care doctor that I can rely on. I have scheduled appointments in the near future but I feel strongly about following the advice and care plan that tricities Rheumatology has provided to me so far and I trust this office as a whole with my life more than any other doctors office.

I was able to schedule an appt with Dr. Kaler a month earlier than expected due to a cancellation from another patient. I was grateful to be able to have this earlier appointment because for 3 1/2 months have been experiencing high pain levels that seemed to NOT be responding to the methotrexate medication that was prescribed by my previous Rheumatologist, who is retiring. Dr. Kaler was very helpful in formulating an updated treatement plan that I have already started. Thank you!

The Rheumatology department/building is very professional. The ladies at the front desk are great with patients, meaning they can look up any information you need for insurance questions, scheduling, etc., but they do it with a smile. I don't know if the blood draw technician receives any compliments so let me tell you she's very professional and friendly. Dr Kaler always listens to my questions and offers great advice that helps me with medicines and exercise..

I have always gotten great care here and am so greatful that they were able to get me in right away. Unlike the other side of the mountain where I live, they said it would be a year and I'm still waiting, so yes I'm so grateful for your clinic for getting me in, I have been coming over here for a year and am ever so grateful for you all

Since I first started going to Kadlec clinic I have had a lot of good experiences with the doctor and staff. I am very satisfied with their care and they were willing to help me with my concerns and they are very helpful. I would really recommend them to my family and friends. Dr. Kaler was awesome! She took time to explain my symptoms and condition in a way that no other specialist has done in the past which was very satisfying. I felt dismissed by other specialists. Although the information may have been the same, it was frustrating not having answers or getting conflicting opinions on my symptoms.

I've been very fearful of seeing any doctor because of a bad experience with a doctor, not in the Kadlec system. Thankfully, all the providers have treated me with compassion and respect and have helped to alleviate some of my fears. I feel like I'm not just a patient but a real live person and I appreciate that very much!

Dr. Kaler is the greatest--she never rushes my appointment--listens and trys things with me i.e. Medication. She is so kind and understanding. She has been such a blessing. I can email her anytime and she answers right away. She telephones things with my blood test so I am aware of changes. I thank God for her each day!
