All of my experiences with the care provider have been very positive and pleasant, During this visit, and the previous one, I did not actually see Dr.Dutton. During this last visit, I saw a very competent and personable physicians assistant, so my responses about Interacting with the care provider apply to his assistant and not to the doctor himself, The survey would have been more effective If It had been based upon what actually happened, but I have attempted to compensate for that and give recognition where it is due.

I was somewhat nervous about my knee problem, while setting at the waiting room, so many questions running through my mind. Luckily once I got seen by the doctor and he answered all my questions in a very simple and easy way to understand, I realized I was in the right place, I immediately felt a lot better. I'm really glad and thankful, looking forward to my full knee replacement surgery.

I waited an hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. After 15 mins I was in formed by a nurse the doctor would be with me "in a few moments". He finally arrived 45 mins later. This is the first time I had seen this doctor. He appeared a little abrupt in his initial questioning regarding my condition but "lightened up" when I replied in the same manner.

I have visited this provider several times in the past year and have always been treated extremely well with one exception. The exception was with a very rude receptionist. I don't recall her name, but I'm sure others have commented about her?Dr. Dutton and his staff are the best. Thank you all for taking good care of me.

I received excellent care in the office and their visits to see me in the hospital. I would reamend them to my friends. He did total knee replacement and did a awesome job. I had no problem with it and very very little pain. Now he Is going to do the other one In Feb. 2024. Excellent job, so very please with them.

Dr. Dutton was very thorough. He took the time to show me my X-rays and explain, in detail, the extent of my injury. Dr. Dutton gave clear instructions as to home care for the next few weeks, what to expect next visit, and the process of healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Dutton to friends and family.

I greatly appreciated that Dr Dutton, not being able to explain from the Xrays why my wrist was so painful, referred me to a hand specialist colleague. I felt that I was taken seriously about the pain, even though the Xray evidence showed no problem with my wrist repair.

Dr. Dutton listened to my concerns and made recommendations to see why my total knee replacement is still painful. I appreciated him making recommendations rather than just saying some replacements just don't always work as well as others and writing my concerns off.

There are many providers with in 10 miles of my home however I drive over 2 hours to see this provider because a trusting relationship that has been established. Always professional and courteous along with all if the staff at this practice. Thank you Dr Dutton !

I just felt that his personality was very offputting. He just seem to have a negative demeanor maybe it was today or he was in a bad mood, but nonetheless, it was my first visit, and I would not be looking forward to having another visit with him.
