Dr. Burklow is a good doctor, very laid back. Listens. The staff never call me back, whether I am calling for med refills or concerns, or followup on a referral, they absolutely never call back. Makes me not want to go to this doctor at all. The staff will make or break your business.

Dr. Burklow is a great doctor. His staff on the other hand is absolutely the worst. Referrals are NOT sent in or sent in weeks after the original appointment. Making an appointment is next to impossible because you don't make your appointments with his receptionist, you HAVE to talk to the nurse to set up an appointment. Which means you LEAVE A MESSAGE and WAIT for a nurse to call you back. After trying to make an appointment and the nurse not returning my phone call, I changed doctors. It is sad because Dr. Burklow is great. His staff and the some office practices are terrible. Never have I have appointments screened by a nurse before being allowed to schedule.
