I went to Janvi for pelvic floor PT sessions. After giving birth to my second baby in 2020, I experienced incontinence and it was really causing lots of discomfort. Running, sneezing, coughing and occasional jumping would cause leakage. After working with Janvi for just a couple of months, I've already progressed quite a bit - learned helpful exercises, became more conscious about using the right group of muscles when necessary and have been experiencing little to none incidents of leakage in the last couple of weeks! Janvi is friendly and very easy to work with. I loved her guidance in the process.
