I really like Dr. Chang and have been going to her for years.  All of a sudden in 2022, they became OUT of NETWORK for Aetna.  When I scheduled my appointment and gave them my insurance information, they failed to notify me that they were out of network. After my appt was over they told me my portion of the bill tripled.  They refused to make any adjustments to the amount due.  I'm very disappointed in their response to returning patients. It is unfortunate that I won't be able to use Dr. Chang anymore.

I have been going to her for a while now and she is great. Take the time to address your concerns and not rush you. She has removed cancer several times and referred me to a specialist to have cancer removed in other areas that she couldn't do in her office. Great bedside manner and her staff is very helpful.
