I can’t say enough about how truly amazing Ms. Lauro has been with our son. We have seen such growth with the way he handles crisis and implementing healthy and effective coping skills. Jamie has scheduled same day emergencies and helped us avoid emergency room visits. She’s coordinated care and treatment with other providers and our school district on behalf of our son. Out of nowhere she stopped responding to me. We had an appointment planned but she never showed up nor did she respond to me afterwards ever again eventhough I tried multiple times to check in with her or make a new appointment. Very disappointed in this because now I have to start all over with a new provider.
