I most definitely will not be back. My provider barely checked any of the symptoms I mentioned that I had. She also wouldn't stop mentioning that I probably had covid the entire time. When my test came back negative she said that my apparent ear infection needed to run its course. My provider was also very rude and it seemed everything I said went in one ear out the other. I also had to call back for them to get my medicine filled at the pharmacy, she never sent It In and I waited all day. No sense of urgency. I'm still sick since I've been in and will be finding a new care provider who listens to their patient. Overall bad experience and would never recommend my doctor.

As is my usual experience with Dr. McCartney, she reviewed the issues that were the basis of the visit (annual physical) and discussed any questions I had related to that. She also asked about any other questions I had and we discussed until we had an agreed plan of action.
