I've been seeing Jim for the last 6 years, and his services have been phenomenal. I do not know what I would have done without him in helping to deal with my grief after the death of my parents. He continues to challenge me to push myself in order to keep my behaviors and attitude moving in a positive direction. He also is quick to provide other perspectives when I bring up things, which pushes me to look at things from different angles in order to make healthier, more informed decisions. Some therapists seem to only be interested in listening while offering minimal advice or advocating for medications. Jim is not that kind of therapist, and I feel incredibly lucky to have him.
