Dr. James Douglas Loo, M.D.

Dr. Loo is a great person/doctor but that front office of his needs some additional training on customer service or just completely replaced I have been a patient for 15+ years but the last 5 years deal with the front desk has been horrible so after today I will be requesting my records and moving on do to the front office but I will say it again Dr. Loo is a great doctor but the fight to see him I’m done with

I read the reviews but decided to go anyway. I'm glad I did.  First, I had nothing but a good visit,  walking in the door. Seeing Dr Loo. To getting my blood drawn from the in house lab. As for the rude front office staff. If someone was to speak to me in the manner that i saw some of the people speak to them I think i would be a tad snippy also.  As I approached the desk I smiled and asked politely if they could change the channel on the television.  I was met with a big smile and she came out and changed the channel and then asked if I would like the remote.  That is not a rude person. But the lady demanding to see Dr Loo before everyone else that was waiting because she was running late. That is a rude person and i laughed as she huffed when she didn't get her way.  Then she was mad at me because I laughed at her.  So don't believe everything you read here. Consider the source and see for yourself. I bet most of these people just didn't get what they demanded...   My visit was first rate all the way. and they called my pills in before i even left the office.  They were ready when i got to the store. Dr Loo is a very qualified Dr.  He brought up options that I had not thought about. suggested treatment that was natural .  I was not hip on taking more pills. Ill be back in three months to see the changes in my health due to his suggestions.
