The dental staff at this office is sparse and need additional training. One dental assistant cut my mouth and made it bleed. The procedure was very painful. When I requested another dental assistant, they got angry and beligerent. Customer satisfaction and the well being of the patient are not number one in this office.
I've been going to Dr. Straka for over a year now for treatment of periodontal disease. He explained things so thoroughly to me. He and his staff always made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this practice!
