Came for our 6-month appointment. Got bunch of Xrays (for which I got charged). The following week, we get an email letting us know she is closing her office within a few days. When I came in, she knew she was closing. Then why did she insist on taking xrays for me and my kids??!! And to make things worse, she said we could request via email a copy of the xrays and our files. I didn’t reach right away because I didn’t know who my next dentist would be. But after a few months, there was no more responses to voice messages or emails.
I understand you were part of the reserve and got called up, but you can’t just go MIA on your patients like you did, especially after charging them bunch of xrays for nothing. You should have planned on keeping one staff for a period of time as a point of contact if you could not yourself get back to your patients. That was not professional.
