I had not been to a dental office in over 25 years because of my great fear of the dentist. I reached a point at which I need dentures and when I went into this office, all of the people who assisted me, the ones at the front desk, the ones that handle the insurance and finance, the assistants, hygienist, everyone I came in contact with including Dr. Patel as well, were all very kind, comforting and accommodating. I was able to get more done than I was anticipating in order to get me on my way to having the dentures made. The most important parts were that they helped me to feel comfortable as I had 15 teeth removed in one sitting, and that they came up with a financial plan so that my insurance coverage would help me accomplish getting the dentures with no out of cost to my family. I walked out of there with as much of a smile as you can with having just had 15 teeth pulled. Thank you all so very much.
