This was my first PCP encounter in over two years. Dr. Cheatham-Terry was gracious and welcoming and immediately put me at ease about my decision to choose her for my PCP. She was courteous, respectful, and professional in every respect. Best of all, she listened and asked questions, which helped me to know I am going to be taken good care of.
