JOHNSON FAMILY DENTAL HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORST! I have been going to Johnson Dental for 20 plus years, due to their ability to ensure patients feel comfortable by alleviating one's fears through their genuine and gentle treatment. I have never had any issues @ Johson Dental prior to now. This dentist is insensitive, has zero empathy for patients experiencing pain, is aggressive, and has horrible bedside manner. My pain was minimized and it was implied I wasn't able to tolerate dental treatment from day one. This dentist recommended I be put under anesthesia to complete all of my dental treatment at once!  And this was AFTER the DENTIST injured me--he struck a nerve in the backside of my throat with a needle while attempting to inject more numbing medication than necessary. Furthermore, he did not apologize, accept accountability for HIS error, acted as if I was to blame for his negligence, left the exam room as tears ran down my face due to the excruciating pain, and never returned to my exam room to at least inquire about my well being. YET instead, 15 min later, the female assistant and female office manager returned with a somewhat sincere apology and attempted to convince me to return 4 days later to complete the dental work with a different dentist. I am appalled at the services provided by this dentist, the unprofessionalism and hostile demeanor, the profiling and the incompetence and most of all the lack of accountability. It saddens me to think other patients may be enduring this same type of treatment and/or lack of quality dental services.
