Dr Lewis is a hilarious doctor. Felt a bit rushed during my fiancés procedure but waited a while due to him being in surgery which is ok I get it. The assistant that helped him seemed a bit wired an skitzy but friendly.

However the STAFF is AWFUL!!! I mean the rudest bunch of women you have ever met in your life. They must really hate their job and it shows. They could use a lesson in customer service. My fiancés procedure was on a Friday. They gave him no discharge papers or anything that could describe recovery like they normally do after a procedure. He had a vasectomy, he was experiencing some pain that the doctor didn't explain so he called the following Monday morning to ask a nurse or the Dr. The staff stated he receive a call back, after 4 hours of waiting he called 2 more times. They NEVER called him back. The last time he called they stated they were busy and if it was an emergency to head to the ER. But he was unsure if the pain he was experiencing was normal or a concern. So the next day (Tuesday) he heads to the the Dr Office since he received no call back. They stated that he was not to be there and that he needed to leave. They also stated that he should have listen better (mind you he was sedated and in a foggy state with the pain medication) All he wanted to know if the pain in his groin was normal for recovery. that is it. They finally passed him the discharge papers he was supposed to get and asked him to leave. I have never seen someone treated so poorly.
