The worst ever encountered dental clinic. The office staff is so outright rude with patient and forcing them to do X-Rays and other procedures when they are not really needed. I kept on insisting that insurance will not pay for XRays as they generally paid once a year. But still this office is so much pressing.

Also they are so much reluctant for contacting insurance company for checking coverage and securing prior Auth for procedures they are recommending. All dental clinic i visited so far always proactively secure Prior authroization before pushing for expensive services.

This clinic just wasted my PPO dental hygiene visit for not doing anything and just kept on pushing for services that were not I went into clinic for. Completely unprofessional.

Where to begin? She said I needed a root canal when there was a less invasive procedure that could be done. All she was after was money. Procedure was done horribly the first time. I had to call back because I was still in so much pain and the x rays showed root canal was not done properly. They did it again and well let’s just say that after a year it’s still bad; overall I had to go to their office another 4-6 times to fix the issue and I honestly got tired of wasting my time, gas and trying to explain. I called to let them know and they asking for my new insurance to charge them for a mistake done by them. Now I have to get a new dentist but I am horrified to do so because of my experience this past year. Go somewhere else. Their turn over rate for office staff is crazy which honestly speaks volumes on how she operates the business. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Practice is called Coppell Modern Dentistry. 

Dr. Yusufali can be a little arrogant and condescending, but most doctors are. However, my concern is mostly aim at the office staff. Because of a billing error, I was overcharged because I paid ahead for two crown replacements, but the day of the procedure it was found out that one tooth was beyond repair and needed to be extracted. However, the dentist office still sent this claim to the insurance company, and of course it was denied because they also received the claim for the removal. However, like stated before I did pay ahead for both crowns, but because the claim was rejected, I paid additional $516 dollars which I did not have to pay in first place. Also, now they are sending me an additional bill for $1,214 because the claim was rejected from the insurance company and they have even sent it to collections, when I am owned a refund for the $516 I paid, and the difference between the original crown minus the removal which amounts to around $200. They keep giving me excuses saying this is a corporate issue, but I don’t think they are actively trying to fix this problem. I would not recommend this or any dentist affiliated to Smile Generation.

Insiyah Yusufali is an arrogant baby dentist lacking the slightest semblance of bedside manner and who appears to be too self absorbed in her own delusions of grandeur to recognize that she speaks to her adult patients as if they are semi-competent children.   Witnessing her interactions with the front desk staff made me genuinely feel sorry for the people who have to work with her on a daily basis. No one from their practice even bothered returning my call when I asked to have my next visit with another provider. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
