I was notified my appointment time was changed to 15mins earlier than previously scheduled. I was not informed that I would be seeing a different provider. On first impression, I was frustrated to be told I wouldn't be seeing the provider I've known for many years. I was pleasantly surprised to have been seen by Inna who truly made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I left my appointment happy and confident.

It was my first time seeing her. She definitely took the time to read my chart as I got a call afterwards to schedule an ultrasound to follow up on my visit from 2 years ago regarding ovarian dermoid, which is something I had forgotten to follow up with since I was there for something else. This showed me how she took the time to read my chart and follow up. I now have my appointment tomorrow. So far she has been one of the best care providers I've had.

This doctor took the time to listen to my questions and was very helpful in assisting me. She was curious and respectful during the exam. My experience was excellent. I would like to see Facey make it easier to make appointments with non-primary care physicians. Right now you have to call on the phone which isn't always achievable during business hours. I would also like to see an option to message your doctor of a phone call back in the MyChart portal.

Inna was extremely professional, thorough with my examination and explanation of the process. She made me feel comfortable, I was able to ask questions, she gave clear specific information regarding the next tests that are needed for my age group as a woman. She definitely shows her passion for women's health and allows me as her patient to know I am in good hands. I have been seeing her for twelve years and am extremely happy with her patient care.

Inna Berdichevsky always provides exceptional service and patient care. She is very thorough, caring, and professional. I have been her patient for ten years, she always makes me feel comfortable and answers all of my questions with clarity. She remembers details of my personal life which genuinely makes the experience more personable.

Dr.Inna B was very helpful and caring. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, explained everything before, and during procedure. She made sureI was okay before leaving office. I received a follow up call from her after a couple of days about my results. If Hinnenkamp is unavailable, then Inna B is who I'd like to see

I felt like the provider was probably having a bad day or in a bad mood. Her bedside manner was not the best and she did not explain or go into detail regarding certain medication she wanted me to take and I felt a but discouraged because the advice she was giving me was vastly different than the provider I had seen before.

Provider was simply amazing! I loved the communication between her and her MA. They both did a great job on finding an ASAP appointment and provided me with Plan B in case it didn't work out. I was so happy and satisfied leaving this appointment. The MA made sure to make me welcome as soon as she started vitals on me.

Inna is amazing. She is very personable and thorough. I see her in addition to my OB and am so thankful she is at Facey. She really cares and spends time with me. She is quick to respond on MyChart and it feels like she is so involved in my pregnancy wishes and is doing all she can to get me there.

I have been a Facey Medical patient for about 10 years (it was under a different name at the beginning) and I have noticed that in the past 3 years the appointments must be scheduled 3-4 months in advance. If you can make this process better, there is nothing else to improve, you're great.
