I don't have any issues with the physician, his service was as expected.   But waiting for over 2 hours from time of actually receiving medical consultation from the doctor is not what I would call good customer service.   My time is very valuable and may cost even more than the doctor's cost to me, but I'm not able to charge for it.  After more than 2:20 minutes at the office, the front desk had the gull to ask me to fill in some additional paperwork.  Which I refused to do.  Absolutely no consideration for my time.
