Highly recommend to steer clear of this "doctor". They will charge you for items that United Health insurance states they should not. Then, you have to spend months chasing the Doctor and their 3rd party billing company for reimbursement. Never in my life have I seen such ignorant health care provider.. SHAME.... I had to spend 30 minutes with the incompetent front desk as she does not understand the difference between Dental Ins and Health Ins. Even with United Heathcare on the phone explaining coverage to the front staff, they still look you in the eye and state that you are not covered.. The Doctor hides in the back while his staff argues with you..  Highly HIGHLY recommend finding a doctor that fulfills his oath to help people, not cause them frustration. STAY AWAY. I will be filling with the Medical Board.... The staff called the police on me when they realized they were wrong.
The Doctor hides behind the skirts of his terrible staff. Really, I have no idea how the medical board lets this place operate. 3rd world Country healthcare right here in Ft Myers..
