Dr. Humberto Bailey, MD

Made my Appointment 60 days in advance, days before date, I was called and rescheduled for 30 days later. I showed up and was directed from first floor to third floor. I checked in for the second time, they asked the same questions as on the first floor. I was told to take a seat. I waited everybody else left, I asked at desk what was going on was told they will call me. I waited one hour and decided I had enough. Asked at desk and the person had no clue. I started walking out and she said what was your name again. I told her I was leaving. I received a rousing BIG deal. I will not be returning. I do not believe the DR. can be any good with such poor staff.

Dr. Bailey is one of the BEST doctors I have interacted with. He is patient, personable and really listens to understand. He provides thoughtful recommendations and is thorough with his explanations and fielding questions. His personality, infectious laugh and down to earth nature makes me feel comfortable and puts me at ease in sharing private information. I never feel rushed during my appointments nor treated like a number. Dr. Bailey makes me feel like his care is being customized to my needs. The office staff is also super friendly, helpful and does a stellar job in not overbooking appointments. I’m only in the waiting room for a few minutes prior to being called in to see him. I consistently have a great experience during my visits and have experienced progress with my symptoms due to the quality of Dr. Bailey’s care. Thank you Dr. Bailey!
