This was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and clear in their communication, and it really set a positive tone. When I got to the room for my appointment, the medical assistant took my weight, and as usual, I turned my head away from the scale. What stood out to me was that the MA didn't announce my weight-something that rarely happens. Later, I noticed a sign that said I could choose not to know my weight, which, as someone with a history of an eating disorder, made me feel incredibly safe, cared for, and respected.Hilary Glass was an absolute delight. She demonstrated trauma-informed care and patient engagement so well, ensuring I was informed, consenting, and comfortable at every step. I've never had a gynecological experience where my comfort was such a priority. Little things, like thoughtful draping, positioning, and initiating touch gently on my thighs, made me feel truly safe.Although I had a relatively minor concern, Hilary took me seriously and was able to identify an issue that other providers had missed. I found myself tearing up during the appointment because of how pleasant and positive the experience was. Learning that she has a background as a mental health counselor made perfect sense; her interactions felt insightful and well-timed. I really can't say enough good things about her-if I could see her for primary care, I absolutely would.I usually ignore these survey emails, but this visit was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share my gratitude and commendations for both this office and Hilary Glass in particular.

This visit was rescheduled twice and I specifically asked to stay with my provider as it was an IUD insertion appointment. I cannot begin to describe how wonderfully different it was from the first time I had this procedure years ago. She made sure I was comfortable, walked me through everything, and gave me all the time I needed before proceeding on. IUD removal and insertions are extremely painful and I had a lot of anxiety coming into this appointment, but she reassured me and knew my history beforehand and recommended numbing. The numbing made the procedure bearable, whereas before I was writhing in pain and about to pass out the first time I had it done by a different provider.

Hilary was absolutely amazing during my visit. This was my first visit with Hilary and am very excited she will be my healthcare provider. I had a bad experience with my last gynecologist at a different location and scheduled here for a new one. Hilary was so clear with health explanations and recommendations, very caring, and overall it was such a great experience. I actually almost cried during the appointment because she was so much better than any gyno I've ever seen and am so thankful I was able to schedule with her!

Hilary was a perfect blend of care and professionalism. Her sensitivity to my situation was tangible and she was extremely communicative to help assuage some of my anxieties. She listened patiently and affirmatively, provided appropriate recommendations and referrals, as well as empathy and validation. She was open about seeking more information when something was outside of her wheelhouse, no bluffing about what she knew for the sake of appearing omniscient. I appreciated her candor, communication, and care.

All of my experiences with the First Hill OBGYN clinic have been exceptional. They have provided attentive, supportive care during my ongoing miscarriage issues. The receptionists, phlebotomists, nurses, and doctors have been so kind, always making sure I have holistic support. They have been prompt in responding to mychart messages, and have always gotten me in to be seen quickly. I am so grateful for the team at Swedish.

Hilary was excellent. She was easy to communicate with, punctual, professional, and thoughtful in her questions and responses. I was nervous for my Nexplanon insertion, but she reassured me with evidence-based research, her caring demeanor, and her years of experience. She made it a safe experience with minimal discomfort and my recovery was quick and easy. I'd recommend her to a friend or family member.

Hillary is the only doctor I've ever had that treated me as a human being with a voice and opinion that matters. Women don't get treated well in a health care setting and even most of the other providers Ive seen through Swedish just don't seem to care or want to give you the time of day, but Hillary does not fall into that statistic. She Is an exceptional and very caring doctor.

Hilary Glass was absolutely wonderful for my IUD procedure appointment. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and was empathetic and encouraging the entire time. She has a very personable and approachable demeaner, and I feel comfortable, safe, and cared for by her. She is an exceptional professional and master of her field.

Hillary provided me with outstanding care. She was personable, empathetic and listened to me extensively. She educated me about things in a way where it was easy for me to understand and was proactive about scheduling a follow up appointment as well as an ultrasound. I am so happy I found her, she made me feel just so good about myself and my care.

Hillary was amazing. First time meeting her. She is lovely, knowledgeable, caring, efficient, and very good at the procedure she completed. Best IUD removal and replacement that I have experienced. She loves her job and it shows. Additionally, she told me several times how much she loves her job. Swedish is lucky to have her, treat her well )
