Dr. Henry L. Housman, DDS

I called the office to make an appointment to see the doctor. I provided all the necessary information needed and scheduled a date. 

A week later I  get a call from the staff asking me to provide them the same exact information. Apparently the secretary misplaced or didn't write down my information. I canceled my appointment once I received that call. 

Henry Housman, If your staff cannot handle setting up an appointment how can I trust them filing an insurance claim properly? Get your staff trained.  I did not feel comfortable going through with the appointment knowing that you have incompetent workers.
