Seems very personable.  However, the office has rescheduled me 3x, the last visit they scheduled as telehealth on a Saturday.  They called on Thursday to do the "pre-screening", and then Saturday came and the doctor never connected.  Called the following week, and they said they didn't show an appointment for me.  It's now been six months since i was last seen, my followups haven't happened, and i'm out of meds.  I've had a complete thyroidectomy, so having thyroid replacement is kind of important.  I'm looking for another endo.
