Dr. Heba Yassin-Jioussy KNOWS her profession. With my wife we have seen her now for 2 years in a row. We asked questions for which other doctors gave vague answers. Her answers, and the attention we received, are hard to find. Dr Jioussy's advice seems grounded in knowledge and practice, very rare for a young doctor like her. We strongly encourage you to see her.
Scheduled an annual physical 3 months in advance. Without notice and at the last minute, this appointment was cancelled, because she chose to take the day off. I did not find out until I logged into patient portal to check my appointment time. After I called in, her staff left a message that she is a very busy professional and I can reschedule months ahead. I have rescheduled outside of the PAMF/Sutter system.
