Dr. Nicci Nichole Lambert, ND, LAC

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Lamberts for several years. I feel that Dr. Lambert understands me and my health objectives. Dr. Lambert has always listened to my questions and provided me with an answer. When she was unsure she pointed me in the right direction to get the answer I needed. Dr. Lambert has always treated me respect and kindness. She appears to be genuinely happy to see me and catch up with me when I come in. She is a wonderful provider who cares about her patients and I would definitely recommend her to others. As the years have gone by I have found it more challenging to get the appointment time that I want. I like the fact that I can schedule appointments myself through MyChart. I would like to see there be more availability for late afternoon appointments.I would also like to give kudus to April at the front desk. She is always cheery and greets me by name. She is friendly and always inquires how I am doing during the check in process. It is nice to be greeted and welcomed into the clinic.

This is one of my favorite providers. She listens, gives sound advice. She treats you as a person, not a number. She really is a great provider. Empathetic and helpful. Everyone in her office is great. Empathetic, caring people. I wish more doctors were like her. Instead of feeling cold and not heard, I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she tries her best to help you. She has helped me with my neuropathy from chemo among other things so much. My neuropathy was taking over and with her skill, my neuropathy has slowly started to reverse. Out of all of my drs (and there is a lot) Dr Lambert and my gynecologic oncologist are my favorite drs. They listen and do their best to help. They make their patients feel like they are cared for. And that is not a common thing anymore.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Lambert. I feel like we have a good rapport. She listens to my concerns and addresses them in a manner that I can easily understand. She allows me to ask questions. When asked a question she is unsure of, she will take the time to research and circle back with me. I feel like Dr. Lambert tells me things I need to hear in a way that she knows I will understand. The front desk staff are great. They greet me by name and always make me feel welcome. Jeff the MA is wonderful as well. He has a great sense of humor and is always welcoming.I appreciate being able to schedule my appointments on my own via MyChart now. That is very helpful considering how quickly Dr. Lambert's schedule fills up.

Dr. Lambert is incredible, she takes the time to truly listen and find the root of problems instead of just throwing something at it. She values how her patients are holistically (physical and mental) and provides feedback on ways to Improve. My previous experience with a GP left me feeling like I was a number, Dr. Lambert cares about her patients and it shows (she also puts up with my insane sense of humor). Providence is lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them...seriously. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far with her.

Dr. Lambert, is the most attentive, thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate providers I have ever seen. I have recommended Dr. Lambert to so many as she has played an integral role in my healing in providing exceptional care and guidance. I am certain she provides the same consistent care to all whom she treats. She deserves a raise and recognition from Providence because she sticks out from others and her reputation is what helps to give Providence high ratings. Thank you Dr. Lambert, I know I am not the first to say that you truly are a Healer'.

I have.always been treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. Dr. Lambert Is genuinely interested in me as her patient and works towards positive outcomes with treatments. I appreciate her listening and helping me figure out what works for me in my Healthcare journey.

Provider was excellent! Recommend providing DETAILED directions to this clinic IN THE TEXT REMINDERS for first time patients. It's not sufficient to assume that the information is easily available in mychart, as mychart is very difficult to access consistently.

I have always been treated with respect and all questions I have asked are answered with more info to take home if I need it. Dr. Lambert is very knowledgeable and skilled in her field and truly cares about what she is doing to help alleviate pain, etc.

Dr. Lambert and staff are wonderful. They treat everyone kindly with respect. Dr. Lambert has been very helpful in getting me through the sudden death of my husband. She listens intently and compassionately. It has made the treatments more effective.

It was such a lovely experience to not feel rushed and to feel carefully listened to during my initial visit with Dr. Lambert. Too often providers seem rushed or distracted--that wasn't the case at all and it was such a nice contrast.
