Heather was wonderful! Going in for a gyno appointment is not super fun but she put me at ease right away and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. I was also very impressed by how much she had looked at my old records from a previous provider outside of Kadlec. I would bring up something from my health history and she was already awake of each thing. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to review those records and also the time taken in person with me. I had a great experience with Heather the MA and the receptionist that checked me out that day. Thank you again! )

Heather is one of the best providers I have seen. She was patient, kind, explained everything that was gonna happen at my visit & how long results would take to come back, helped me set up my next appointment and best of all - this is an issue I have seen with other providers, Heather did not make me feel like I was a number. She was there in the room rather than rushing to another patient. This is an issue some of your other providers have where they just want to get in and out but not Heather. I look forward to seeing Heather due to her care!

I had some questions regarding a unexpected/surprise prescription the doctor wanted to put me on. My questions & concerns were quickly dismissed, and even cut off before I could ask them. She refused to talk to me or allow me to ask any further questions about possible treatment options. I left the office very disheartened, confused and upset that my questions and health concerns seemed of no importance to them. It seems like even my desire to ask a question was somehow an offense to them. I would never recommend this doctor to anybody.

Heather is always great! I started seeing her a little over a year ago after I was diagnosed with cancer. I needed to change my birth control method while on chemo, and Heather took her time to explain all the options. Knowing my medical history, she has always been great to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. During this visit, again she took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I am very grateful I found her and will continue to see her!!

I saw this provider couple years ago. My insurance changed for a year and I could not see her. I waited until I could switch my insurance just to be able to come back to your facility and provider. It made that big of a difference. I'll be switching my primary soon too. The efficiency and organization at kadlec is extremely noticeable, especially when I am used to getting the run around by my primary, which is not at kadlec.

I know APW is one of the few choices for OB in the Tri-Cities. I was very disappointed with the quick unfriendliness of Heather Aldridge. The appt felt rushed, I was not given enough time to ask all my questions. She did not even acknowledge or introduce herself to my husband in the room. I felt like a number and not a patient. Very disappointed.

Heather provided a level of care that is unmatched by many of the other providers I have seen at APW. The questions she asks solutions she provides for particular medical concerns and taking account personal medical history is very important to me and she has definitely aided getting us the care we needed.

We have been part of the kadlec clinic since 2018 and have had the best experience. From our family provider, to the staff who assisted and cared for us during our birth experience. So I'm positive that we will have another great experience this time around with the second pregnancy.

Heather evaluated me for pelvic pain. She was incredibly kind and careful. I really appreciated how she talked about what she was doing as she did the exam. This is huge for making me feel safe and not like a slab of meat. Will definitely recommend her to all my friends.
