I scheduled my yearly exam with Dr. Swan because my regular dermo was booked through the end of the year. Worst experience ever. He was not thorough and did not conduct a full exam. He had me point to areas of my skin rather than do a thorough body exam. He refused to remove a mole that my regular doctor had planned to remove for me this year. I was very uncomfortable with Dr. Swan and the manner in which he spoke to and examined me. I'll now need to schedule another exam with a competent physician to ensure I receive a proper exam.
