Completely unprepared for appointment, called with agenda, exactly what is needed etc. he was unprepared, took unnecessary tests which ended up costing me more money, thankfully a nurse intervened so that I was charged even more.  Still didn't get the medicine I need.  They really push you to fill out all these rating too so they make it awkward if you dont give 5stars right then and there. Made second appointment with Dr. Chung, also unprepared, still didn't have the tests I needed scheduled, totally sketchy scam office, just want to rack up insurance claims. avoid like the plague, you will not be treated.
