Our family of 5 have been going to this office for about 3 years. Not one office member has ever introduced themselves. On this latest visit my daughter saw a new dentist and she didn't even introduce herself. They took x-rays that were not covered under insurance an did not even consult me. They also gave her fluoride "paste" that was not covered and we walked out of the office with a bill. Each time we go, there is something they sneak past you. If you are an adult, they have you rinse with fluoride and then charge you for it (children are covered but not adults). I feel like they just want to nickle and dime you. I've had it!
